Established co-op preschool of 40 years looking for teacher

Position to start - Fall 2010. The school year runs September through May.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or child development;
• Have at least two years' experience working with preschoolers in a group setting;
• Be able to lead a classroom team and work cooperatively with parents;
• Have experience developing and implementing a preschool curriculum;
• Really enjoy working with young children.
   
• Schedule: The two-year-old class meets ond day a week from 12:30-2:00 p.m. The three-year-old class meets Tuesday/Thursday from 9:15-11:15 a.m. The four-year-old class meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:15-11:15 a.m. Additional set-up and prep time shall be arranged. The teacher also attends board meetings and social events.
